Each Inn at Schoolhouse Creek guest room and cottage is distinctly appointed and offers unique charm. All rooms and cottages have decks, fireplaces and most have ocean and garden views from private entrances surrounded by beautiful gardens. All guest quarters have private baths, showers, Jacuzzi baths or Whirlpool tubs. Some cottages include private hot tubs. Rates include a full bountiful buffet breakfast (except offsite ocean cliffside cottages), use of the Inn’s ocean view hot tub in the meadow, evening wine and food pairings, and use of Farmhouse parlor with library, videos & games. DVD Players are also available.

Fuchsia Cottage is popular with families or those seeking a quiet evening.
GARDEN Garden Cottage Garden Cottage occupies a very romantic setting at the bottom of the meadow with forest views and a private garden. This cottage features a spacious private deck and two person swing that overlooks a private back garden and is our most secluded cottage. Garden Cottage is a soft retreat complete with all the comforts and privacy a weekend at the coast offers.
LEDFORD COTTAGE Cottage Ledford Cottage is a perfect fit for families and retreats. This spacious and newly renovated cottage comfortably sleeps six people with two bedrooms, living room and a full kitchen. With a large private yard and deck, Ledford is perfect for families with small children or groups looking for private time on the Mendocino Coast.
WATER TOWER COTTAGE Cottage This unique cottage provides privacy, ocean views and a private hot tub—perfect for the romantic weekend or relaxing solitude. Water Tower has a private fenced in courtyard with a renovated old water tower. Enjoy your own private hot tub in the base and then climb up the stairs to the top of the tower for breathtaking views and sunsets.
